Regina Cline Carroll, age 41 of Kingsport, TN and formerly Dublin began her heavenly life May 28, 2009. Born October 8, 1967 she was the daughter of Hazel Irene Sisk Cline & the late Frank Hariford Cline, III. Her grandparents, Roland Echase & Zella Beverly Sisk, Frank H. Cline, II & Elizabeth Keiling Cline, and mother-in-law, Iva H. Carroll also preceded her in death. Gina was a graduate of Pulaski County High School's class of 1987. She loved playing with children, helping the elderly and collecting dolls. During her lifetime she traveled with her military family learning customs of many countries. Gina was a very generous and sensitive young woman and will be remembered forever in our hearts. Four years ago she settled with her husband in Kingsport, TN. Her badly damaged heart took her from a grieving family that includes her husband, Lindsay William Carroll of Kingsport; mother, Hazel Sisk Cline of Dublin; stepchildren, Tammy Robinson of Ridgeway, VA, Jason Carroll of Floyd and Bradley Carroll of Statesville, NC; step grandchildren, Tiffany, Chris, David and Matthew; brothers, Frank Hariford Cline, IV & wife, Charlena of Franklin, NC, Jonathan Andrew Cline of Dublin; niece, Rachel Lee Cline; nephews, Frank Hariford Cline, V and Cody Alexander Cline. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the First Church of the Brethren, Pulaski with the Rev. John Collins and Rev. Clyde H. Bishop officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski. The family will receive friends Monday from noon until 1 p.m. at the church.
