Graveside services for Raymond Long, 72, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Buffington Cemetery with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. Long was born June 9, 1936, in Anadarko, to Roy LONG and Jimmie (Walker) Long. He died Friday, May 29, 2009, in Lyndon, Kan. Survivors include one daughter, Milissa and her husband, Lonnie; one son, David; three sisters, Velma, Mildred, and Billie; five brothers, Jimmy, Don, Jack, Steve and Carl; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and four sisters.
