Johnny Cleveland Wilson, 81 of Midwest City, loving brother, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, was called by Jesus to his heavenly home on August 13, 2005. He was born to John Houston & Ida Belle (Williams) Wilson on September 17, 1923 in Chouteau, OK. Johnny moved to Midwest City in 1951, previously living in Broken Arrow, OK. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WW II, a member of the American Legion, and also a member of Country Estates Baptist Church. Johnny is survived by 4 sons Leroy Wilson & wife Mary of Midwest City, OK, Johnny Wilson & wife Nancy of OKC, OK, Tommy Wilson & wife Odie of OKC, OK, Carl Wilson & wife Jacque of Tulsa, OK; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; his brother Jack Wilson & wife Nada of OKC, OK; 3 sisters Pauline Dobbs of Midwest City, OK, Hazel Holman of Chickasha, OK, Lola Murphy & husband Leland of OKC, OK and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Ima Jane & his second wife Ruth, 5 brothers, and 2 sisters. Memorials may be sent to Hospice Quality Care.
