Graveside inturnment services for Lois Benbrooks, 89, formerly of the Hagan Manor of Anaconda, are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sunset Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Phil Masters of the Assembly of God Church officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
Mrs. Benbrooks died Thursday in the Community Nursing Home of Anaconda, where she had lived since 1988.
Lois Evalina was born Nov. 22, 1910, in Bozeman, to William W. and Pearl Flora (Lovely) Mapes. She attended schools in Bozeman. On Sept. 13, 1930, she married Lawrence `` Larry'' B. Benbrooks in Bozeman. They later moved to Anaconda, where Larry drove truck for the Anaconda Co. at the smelter.
Lois belonged to Bozeman Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, Acacia Lodge No. 7, and Pythian Sisters of Bozeman.
Her husband died May 14, 1974.
She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Thibodeau of Anaconda; grandchildren; Mary Jane Rangitsch and Lawrence Anderson of Anaconda, Ruthie May Akers of Bend, Ore.; great-grandchildren, 2nd Lt. Jayme Anderson of Bauhmkolder, Germany, Sara Miller, Bryce and Alyson Rangitsch, all of Anaconda, Jessica and Eric Akers of Bend, Cody Becker and Mitchell Anderson of Kalispell; great-great-grandson, Jayden Becker of Kalispell.
