TULLIER, STELLA LEE A homemaker and resident and native of Sorrento, she died at 3:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, 1998, in Baton Rouge. She was 87. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday. Visiting at the funeral home chapel, 8 a.m. until religious services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Eugene Gullett and the Rev. Scott Bledsoe. Interment in New River Baptist Church Cemetery, St. Amant. Survived by three daughters, Genevieve Lessard, St. Amant, Lucille Ficklin, Prairieville, and Marlene Tullier, Jefferson; a son, Roy J. Tullier, Abbeville; four sisters, Violet Dearmond, Mercedes LeBlanc and Elvina "Shootsie" Schexnayder, all of Sorrento, and Bertie Bookter, Manchac, Texas; four brothers, Milton "Tiny" Lee, Brittany, Edmond "Bibby" Lee, Sorrento, Eli "Tup" Lee, Oklahoma, and Garner "Hank" Lee, Baton Rouge; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Lakewood J. Tullier; parents, Robert E. Sr. and Julia Tanner Lee; three brothers, Joseph "Pookie" Lee, Robert "Dookie" Lee Jr. and Thomas Lee; and a granddaughter, Donna Tullier. She was a member of Sorrento Baptist Church.
