Mrs. Elizabeth (Rose) Spiker, aged 63 years, of Johnstown R. D. 4, died at Memorial Hospital at 2:20 o'clock this afternoon. She had been admitted on June 12. The deceased, who was a native of Conemaugh, is survived by her husband, Jacob Spiker, and 10 children, all of whom are married with the exception of one son, Charles, who is at home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jacob Spiker, aged 63 years, who died yesterday at the Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient since June 13, will be held tomorrow, the funeral party to leave the Spiker home at Krings, Somerset County, at noon for Helixville, Bedford County, where the eulogy will be given at 3 o'clock by the Rev. F. M. Brickley of the Evangelical Church, with interment in the Helixville Cemetery. Mrs. Spiker, whose maiden name was Elizabeth Rose, was born in Bedford County, in 1865. She was a daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Rose, who resided near Mann's Choice, Bedford County, for many years. Mrs. Spiker was a sister of Samuel Rose, of South Fork, William Robert Rose, of Krings, and Mrs. Jacob Berkebile, of Hooversville, Somerset County. Besides these, Mrs. Spiker is survived by her husband and 10 children: John Spiker, of the Twentieth Ward; Harry Spiker, of Wolfsburg; Jacob Spiker, Paoli, Pa.; Mrs. Annie Miller, of Ferndale; Mrs. Ellis Penner, of Boswell; Calvin Spiker, of Tire Hill; Joseph Spiker, of Boswell; Clarence Spiker, of near Tire Hill; Thomas Spiker, of Paoli, and Charles Spiker, at home.
