Roy E Albertson (Dec 31, 1900- Oct 7 1979) and Alice A Sidles Albertson (1900-1936) had 8 children. When Marjorie was 7 years old her mother died. The children were fostered or adopted out to other families. It was at this time Marjorie went to live with Ross Lester Gallion and Emily Mary Dite Gallion. She called them, Aunt Emily and Uncle Ross, she was never adopted. They had a daughter Beulah who Marjorie called her foster sister. Marjorie married Roy Ottken after high school graduation.
