Rossie Tucker Wildern, 82, passed away May 13, 2009, in Tallahassee, Florida. She was a longtime Wakulla County resident and had been a member of Crawfordville First Baptist Church since 1958. She was very active in several groups at church. She retired from the Wakulla County School System after 26 years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd., Tallahassee, FL 32308. Funeral services will be at 1p .m. EDT Saturday, May 16, at Crawfordville First Baptist Church, Crawfordville, Florida. Burial will follow at Arran Cemetery Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. EDT Friday, May 15, at Harvey-Young Funeral Home (850-926-3333). She is survived by one daughter, Darlyne Bryant (and husband Steve) of Tallahassee; two brothers, Dexter Tucker (and wife Iva Rose) of Douglasville, Ga., and Rufus Tucker Jr. (and wife Rebecca) of Dothan, Ala.; and many nieces and nephews She was predeceased by her husband, George W. Wildern; three slsters, Dorcy Allen, Kathleen Bettner and Mary Eleanor Cabler; and one brother, Reginald Tucker.
