RUSSELL J. POWELL---------48, Seattle, Washington, died there Saturday. Born September 25, 1914, at Hartford, South Dakota. Mr. Powell lived in North Dakota a short time before moving to Seattle in the early 40's. A veteran of World War ll, he later was employed by a tub boat firm. He is survived by one son, Dennis Powell of Tacoma, Washington and a sister Mrs. Bert Van Kekrix of Hartford. Burial will be in Colton.
