Mrs Mary Decker, an aged resident of this place passed away Tuesday afternoon the result of burns which she received Tuesday morning when her clothes caught fire. Mrs. Kirkbride was in her 88th year and had been a resident of this place for many years. She is survived by four daughters and two sons, her husband preceding her in death by a number of years. Funeral services were held at her late residence Thursday afternoon and interment made in the Matamoras Cemetery.
