DIED-Mary Frances McGannon, oldest child of James and Elizabeth McGannon, was born April 17, 1845. On April 25, 1867, she was united in marriage to Alvin C. Dixon. To this union one child was born, Gilford, who preceeded his mother to the Great Beyond in August 1903. She died of pneumonia Dec. 29, 1910. Age 65 years, 8 months and 12 days. Four brothers, one sister, an aged mother, and her husband survive. Funeral services conducted by her Pastor, C. D. Stevens and Undertakers G.W. Dodd & Son. Interment at Paris Cemetery
