Delbert W. Mann

Delbert W. Mann, 80, Morristown, died Monday at Morristown Manor Nursing Home.

Born Jan. 10, 1918, in Monroe County, he was the son of James A. and Martha J. (Fleener) Mann. He was married to Eula V. (Cockrum) Mann, and she survives.

Mr. Mann had owned Delbert Mann Contractors.

He had been an elder at Morristown Christian Church for 30 years and had founded and built Northside Christian Church, Greenfield.

He served with the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.

Survivors in addition to his wife, Morristown, include three sons, Raymond E. Mann, Ohio, Thomas E. Mann, Greenfield, and Mark E. Mann, Morristown; a brother, Gene Mann, Cloverdale; two sisters, Hattie McMillan, Franklin, and Maude Shutt, Carthage; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Morristown Christian Church. Burial will be in Asbury Cemetery, Morristown.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Pasco Memorial Mortuary, Greenfield.
