Alford, Laura Brumfield—Died Sunday, Jan. 16, 1994, at 9:30 a.m. at Lane Memorial Hospital, Zachary. She was 74, a native of Franklinton and a resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Hollabaugh-Spindle Wooddale Memorial Chapel.... Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
Survived by a daughter, Priscilla Smith, Greenwell Springs; three sisters, Jessie Lee Andrews, Tylertown, Miss., Eddie Marie Toney, Bogalusa, and Louise Seal Watson, Baton Rouge; three brothers, Robert A. Brumfield, Inverness, Fla., Victor J. Brumfield, Denham Springs, and Glindon C. Brumfield, Franklinton; three grandchildren, Michael L. Wyatt;Laura J. Wyatt, and Daniel J. Smith; Preceded in death by husband, Ralph Alford; and a son, Richmond Monroe Alford. She was a member of Oakcrest Baptist Church.
