Mrs. Mary Rebecca Goad Hutchens, 74, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at Hoots Memorials Hospital. She was born December 22, 1934 in Forsyth County to the late Burley and Lucy Goad. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Kay Hutchens; sisters, Arlene Oney and Marie Hutchens. Surviving are her husband, Walter Gray Hutchens; children, Ann Crowe (David), Bobby Hutchens, Patricia (Ricky) Hutchens, Wilson Hutchens, Melinda Hutchens (Dean), Gail (Les) Pinnix; ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; sisters, Velma (Norman) Dodson, Barbara Goad (Grady); half sister, Janie (Kenneth) Whitlock; half brother, Michael Goad; several nieces and nephews.
