Mrs. Albert M. Haines Dead - Lizzie Haines, wife of Albert M. Haines, died at her home on Spruce street, on Tuesday afternoon at 4.45 o'clock, aged 53 years, 4 months and 29 days. Death caused by erysipelas, which she had been confined to bed since Wednesday of last week.
Born at Meadow Valley, Ephrata township, a daughter of Mrs. Angeline and the late David Apple.
She became the wife of Mr. Haines 31 years ago and they resided at Akron until 18 years ago, when they moved to this place.
Survivors include her mother, who resides in Ephrata, the husband and three children; Ida, wife of Charles Ream; Lewis and Albert, Jr., all of this place. One brother, Clayton Apple, of Ephrata, and a sister, Mrs. Clayton Royer, of Durlach, and seven grandchildren.
Services at the house at 2 o'clock and in Trinity United Evangelical church at 2:30 o'clock. Interment in the Machpelah cemetery. Rev. P. T. Brocious will officiate.
