Burial was to be in Beulah Cemetery under direction of First National Funeral Home here.
Mr. Willis died Tuesday at West Carroll Hospital.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Erma Willis of Oak Grove; five sons, Dalton Willis and Eddy Willis, both of Oak Grove, Bruce Willis of Monroe, Charles Willis and Dale Willis, both of Bastrop; seven daughters, Mrs. Ulysess Holley and Mrs. Hollis Defee, both of Oak Grove, Mrs. Rachel Rachal of Fresno, Calif., Mrs. B. L. Johnson and Mrs. Nedil Welbourne, both of Bastrop, Mrs. Charles Sanders and Mrs. Leonard Kellebrew, both of Monroe; one sister, Mrs. Nancy Patton of Clarks; two brothers, W. R. Willis of Oak Grove and N. R. Willis of Sikes; 36 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were to be Willie Holley, Wayne Willis, Roger Defee, Don Holley, Gary Willis, Kay Kelbourne and Sammy Welbourne.
