A. Jeannette Keen, 67, of 4 Welsh Drive, died Monday at 5 p.m. at Lancaster General Hospital after an illness of four weeks. She was the widow of Maurice E. Keene. She was a member of Grace United Church of Christ, Eden. Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Milton B. and Mary Ann Smith Brooks. She is survived by a daughter, Marcinette Keene, Lancaster; two stepsons, Maurice E. Keene Jr., Warner Robbins, Ga., and Charles H. Keene, Salisbury, Rhodesia, S. Africa; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild. She also is survived by one brother, Elvin Brooks, Lancaster, and one sister, Dorothy Hahn, Manheim. (Lancaster New Era - Jan 30, 1979)
