William Albert Bowser, 87, of 940 Orr Avenue, Kittanning, died Sunday at his home. Mr. Bowser was born June 4, 1880, in Armstrong County, the son of Thomas and Kathryn [Catharine] (Boyle) Bowser. He was a self-employed plumbing contractor in Kittanning for the past 60 years. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Kittanning.
Survivors include his wife Dessie (Geiger); a son Merle L. of Emporium RD 1, Pennsylvania; a daughter Mrs. John (Ethel) Patton of Springfield, Ohio; two brothers, Emery P. of Kittanning and E. Curtis of Kittanning RD 5; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
