He was born April 3, 1898, in Kiel, a son of Gustave and Anna Griebenow Duecker. He attended Kiel Public Schools and was graduated from Kiel High School in 1916 and was graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1922.
Mr. Duecker was employed at Phoenix Hosiery in Milwaukee and later worked for ?ergens-Woodbury Co.
In May 1946, he was appointed clerk of the city of Kiel. He retired in April of 1963.
He was a veteran of World War I.
Oct. 20, 1927, Mr. Duecker married Alma Grunewald in Wausau. Mrs. Duecker died May 13, 1974.
He was a member of the Kiel Historical Society and a former director of the Kiel Savings and Loan.
Mr. Duecker is survived by a son and three grandchildren.
