Jack Ray Hall, 63, of 514 Concord Avenue, died Sunday, May 3, 2009, at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born March 23, 1946, in Anderson, he was the son of the late Billy and Frances Keown Hall. He was a graduate of T.L. Hanna High School and served in the National Guard. He was retired from electrical sales. Mr. Hall was a member of Divver Masonic Lodge #349, was a Shriner, an avid Clemson fan, and was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Katie Nixon and husband, Shane Nixon of Anderson; two grandchildren, Blake Nixon and Brandon Nixon of Anderson; two sisters, Mickie Bowen of Anderson and Nancy Hancock of James Island; and three nephews, Chris Bowen, Jody Hancock and Rodney Hancock.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, Alton Hancock, Jr. and John Robert Bowen.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sullivan-King Mortuary, Northeast Chapel, conducted by Rev. Phil Keown. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday at the northeast chapel, 3205 North Highway 81, Anderson.

The family is at the home of Katie and Shane Nixon, 305 Regency Circle, Anderson.
