ANDERSON- Billy Hall, 86, widower of the late Frances Keown Hall, died Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at the Hospice House. Born July 19, 1920 in Anderson, he was the son of the late W.M. Bill and Claudia Sullivan Hall. He was retired from West Point Stevens, Wellington Plant and was a Life member of Divver Masonic Lodge #349, where he was a member for 63 years. He was a member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters: Mickie Hall Bowen and her husband, John Robert of Anderson, Nancy Hall Hancock of James Island; son, Jack R. Hall of Anderson; four grandchildren: Chris Bowen and his wife, Elizabeth, Katie Nixon and her husband, Shane all of Anderson, Jody Hancock and his wife, Shannon of Johns Island, and Rodney Hancock and his wife, Ashley of James Island; great grandchildren: Blake Nixon, Brandon Nixon, John Daniel Bowen all of Anderson, Anna and Mary Davis Hancock both of Johns Island; and sister, Mary Haynie Martinson of Anderson. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Alton W. Hancock, Jr. and brothers: Cecil, Beaty and Dean Hall.
