Services for Rosie Belle Breithaupt Bailey, were held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2003 in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena, with the Revs. Crawford Coon and Terry Doughty officiating. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery of Rhinehart, under direction of Hixson Brothers of Jena.

Mrs. Bailey, 88, of Jena died at 4:04 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2003 in Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughters, Nita Williams of Tallulah and Jeannie Oeffner of Katy, TX; son, Charles Edward Bailey of Ruston; sisters, Ava Byrd of Jena, Molly Claunch of Grayson, Eleanor Jackson of Jena and Sally Crooks of Queen City, TX; fifteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Mack Bailey, Mark Bailey, Buster Bailey, Johnny Bailey, Joe Marsala and Scott Kennedy.
