Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 16, at 10:30 a.m. in Trinity Lutheran Church with the Reverend Steven J. Kuehne officiating. Interment will be in Meadow Ridge Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held in the Boldt Funeral Home on Thursday from 3 to 8 p.m. and in the church one hour prior to services on Friday.
Ida Bollenbach, the daughter of Henry and Inga Overby Helgeson, was born on March 14, 1906 in Wanamingo. She married Gaylord Bollenbach on October 22, 1925. He preceded her in death on December 12, 1950. She was employed by Jerome Foods, Inc., prior to her retirement.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. William (Irene) Casey of Waterloo, Iowa, and Mrs. Dale (Jeanne) Stuemke of Austin, Texas; five grandchildren, Donna Dyke, Timothy Casey, Mary Casey Doyle, Dawn Stuemke, and Jay Stuemke; 8 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Shelby and Mrs. Martha Stokke both of Kenyon; one brother, Irwin Helgeson of Kenyon; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, Eddie, Louis, Theodore, Melvin, Harry; a sister, Anna Evans, and by an infant son.
