Pam was a graduate of Battle Creek Central High School in 1964 and of Kellogg Community College in 1976 as a LPN. Upon graduation she worked at Leila Hospital, now Battle Creek Health System, until 1999. On July 10, 1964, Pamela A. Lillibridge was united in marriage to Richard D. Buckner in Battle Creek.
In addition to her husband Richard, Pam is survived by a son, Jason S. (Nicki) Buckner of Battle Creek; a daughter, Ragen P. (Brian) Bleeker of Rockford; five grandchildren, Nathan, Andrew, Carlee, Hailey, Mitchell; and two brothers, Bill and B.J. (Jeanne) Lillibridge, both of Battle Creek. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Robin.
Pam lived at Fine Lake for most of her life, enjoying boating, tanning, going up North, reading Stephen King novels, horror movies and her little dog, Sammie.
At the request of the family, friends may call at Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home after 4:00 p.m., Sunday, May 3, 2009 where the family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m., Monday, May 4, 2009 at the funeral home, with the Rev.
