Mr. Crocker was born December 10, 1926 in Choudrant, LA and passed away at home May 1, 2009 in Calhoun, LA. He served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a retired Operator at Georgia Pacific. His greatest passion was spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife Laverne E. Crocker and a grandchild Ashley Taylor.
He is survived by his two sons, Mike Crocker and wife Lisa of Calhoun, LA, T. O. Crocker and wife Charlene of Calhoun, LA; two daughters, Gayle Holman and husband Jim of Monroe, LA, and Robin Crocker Black of Calhoun, LA ; three brothers, Willis Crocker, Horace "Pick" Crocker, and J. N. Crocker; two sisters, Julliette Lewis and Lylia McLure; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Nicholas Crocker, Justin Crocker, Heath Crocker, T. J. Holman, Matt Holman and Chad Black.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe
