Mrs. Myrtle H. Cambre Jenks, 79, a native of Port Vincent, died at Golden Age Nursing Home in Denham Springs.

She is survived by a step-daughter, Mrs. Camille Guitreaux; a son, Charles C. Cambre; a step-son, J.Q. Jenks, all of Port Vincent; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Ann Felder, Walker; three grandsons, Ronald, Gerald and Daryl Cambre; two great-grandsons, Michael and Marc Cambre; and one great-granddaughter, Melissa Cambre, all of Port Vincent.

She was a member of Grays Creek Baptist Church.
