ANDERSON -- Marie L. Mounts,
80, North Madison Avenue, died
Dec. 19, 1994, at Americana Health-
care Center after an extended ill-
ness.
She was born Oct. 14, 1914, in
Star City, W.Va., and lived in
Alexandria most of her life. She was
a homemaker and a member of St.
Mary's Catholic Church and Eagles
Ladies Auxiliary, both of Alexandria.
Survivors include a son and
daughter-in-law, Stanley F. and Pat
Fisher of Anderson; stepson, Rod-
ney L. Mounts of Gaston; two broth-
ers, Bernard V. Fisher of Okee-
chobee, Fla., and Richard Fisher of
Summitville; three sisters, Mrs.
Alfred (Jonne) Custer and Mrs.
Robert (Joyce) Wilson, both of
Alexandria, and Lorraine Fisher of
Summitville, three grandchildren,
Aaron C. Fisher of Lafayette, Mrs
Gregg (Kathryn) Dodd of Indianapo-
lis and Brien K. Fisher of New York,
N.Y.; two great-grandchildren,
Justin Dodd and Sarah Dodd, both
of Indianapolis; and several nieces
and nephews.
Her husband, Arvell Mounts, died
Jan 1, 1990.
Srevices will be at 10 a.m. Thurs-
day at Noffze Funeral Home,
Alexandria, with Rev. Philip S.
Haslinger of St. Mary's Catholic
Church, Alexandria, officiating. Buri-
al will be at Park View Cemetery,
Alexandria.
