PURYEAR - Gracie N. Zuckschwerdt, 67, homemaker, died Saturday of heart failure at Henry County Medical Center in Paris.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today at McEvoy Funeral Home with burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Benton County.

She was a former custodian for Puryear School. Mrs. Zuckschwerdt, the widow of Otto Herman Zuckschwerdt, leaves five daughters, Gloria Shumaker of Huntsville, AL, Delores Williams of Buchanan, Ruth Phillips of Union City, and Treasa Zuckschwerdt and Kathy Zuckschwerdt, both of Puryear; five sons, Bill Zuckschwerdt of Springville, Jimmy Zuckschwerdt of Hazel Green, AL, Larry Zuckschwerdt and Danny Zuckschwerdt, both of Puryear, and Jerry Zuckschwerdt of Madison, AL; two sisters, Estella Wade and Lois Barrow, both of Paris, and four brothers, J. P. Wade and O'Neal Wade, both of Paris, J. D. Wade of Kentucky and Virdle Wade of Buchanan.
