Mrs. Adeline Hendershot, wife of A.V. Hendershot of this place, died at her home of paralysis last Friday night at the age of about 58 years. She had been sick but a very short time and her death was very unexpected. The day previous to her death she attended to her household duties and was apparently in good health, but she was taken suddenly ill and became unconscious. On Friday death relieved her of suffering. She is survived by three children and two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Fleming of this place and Mrs. John Parks of Greens Pond.

Mrs. Adeline, wife of A.V. Hendershot, of Free Union, died at her home on Friday night last aged 68 years. Mrs. Hendershot was in her usual health that morning, and had finished a large baking when about eleven o'clock she was stricken with apoplexy, with which she remained unconscious until the evening when she expired. She is survived by a husband and three children. Mrs. Joseph Fleming, of the same place, and Mrs. John Parks, of Greens Pond, were sisters of the deceased.
