Survivors include his wife, Aurelia; daughters, Rae Dione Leslie and Stephanie C. Scott; sons, Jesse Melvin and Eric Lee; a brother, a sister, and three grandchildren.
Military services will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road. Religious services will be 3 p.m. Monday at the Reorganized LDS Church, 50 N. Sulley.
