Albert W. Tuck, 85, E. Albaugh Rd., Bloomville, died Sunday, April 30, 1989, at the Bloomville Nursing Care Center following a four-year illness.

Bron in Adams County, Colo., Sept. 12, 1903, to Walter and Louisa (Beigel) Tuck, both deceased. Mr. Tuck is survived by his wife, the former Clara L. Kirgis, whom he married June 2, 1928, in Detroit, Mich.

Five children, James R., Bloomville; Randall S., Canyon Country, Calif.; Mrs. Dorothy L. Gangluff, Attica; Mrs. Donald (Marilyn) Ballreich, Tiffin; Mrs. Larry (Janice) Howell, Mesa, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren survive.

Three sisters, Mrs. Maude Harlson, Whittier, Calif.; Mrs. Ruth Dorff, La Habra, Calif.; and Mrs. Molly Lassig, Salt Lake City, Utah; and a brother, Robert, Sr., Lake Placid, Fla., also survive. Mr. Tuck was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters and 1 great-granddaughter.

Mr. Tuck was a farmer and retired in 1983. He was a member of the Crawford County Farm Bureau and Nazareth Lutheran Church in Chatfield.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Nazareth Lutheran Church, with Rev. Steven B. Schick officiating. Burial was in the Nazareth Lutheran Church Cemetery in Chatfield.
