Smithville resident Pauline Mabe Billings, 70, died March 9 at NHC Healthcare.

A saw lady with Billings Saw & Tool and a member of Indian Creek Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Aaron Louis and Vera Lola Pollard Mabe; and was preceded in death by her husband, Ammon Billings; brothers, Harold Lewis and Jerry Wayne Mabe; and sister, Roena Mabe.

She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Ammon and Teresa Billings of Smithville; grandchildren, Scarlet Adcock of Smyrna, Aleisha Fuson, Tonya Evans and Ammon (Tray) Billings III, all of Smithville; five great-grandchildren, sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise and Seborn Cantrell of Smithville, Linda and Gene Jones of Sparta; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jewel and Nell Mabe, Carlon and Jeanette Mabe, all of Smithville, Dexter and Marie Mabe of McMinnville.

Services were held Monday at Love-Cantrell Funeral Home in Smithville with James Wright and Terry Fessler officiating. Burial followed at DeKalb Memorial Gardens.

Love-Cantrell Funeral Home of Smithville was in charge of arrangements.
