Surviving are his wife; sons, Orville of Wichita Falls and John of Dallas; daughters, Mrs. Pat McAllister of New Orleans, La., and Mrs. Ruth Cornette and Mrs. Marjorie Anderson of Dallas; a brother, Hoyt Baker of Petrolia; a sister, Mrs. Ester Bentley of Canadian; and 12 grandchildren.
