JEFFERSON-Donald R. "Dusty" Goff, 44, of North Market Street, died Sunday, July 24, 1994, during a house fire at his residence.
He was born Dec. 17, 1949, in Ashtabula, the son of Merle A. and Margie D. (Powers) Goff.
A resident of Jefferson for most of his life, Mr. Goff also lived in Venice, Fla. and Stroud, Okla.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He was also an avid motorcycle enthusiast.
Survivors include his parents; two daughters, Tracey R. Salyer of Stroud, Okla., and Tonya Goff, of Oklahoma City, Okla.; a granddaughter, Megan L. Goff; a brother, Merle "Fuzzy" Goff Jr., of Jefferson; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the Oakdale Cemetery in Jefferson, with the Rev. Augusta Lange of Gageville United Methodist Church officiating. Calling hours will be Thursday from 10 a.m. to noon at the Fleming Funeral Home Inc., 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson.
