Mrs. Ma Lady, 91, Biglerville, died suddently Friday afernoon at 4:20 at her home. She had been under the care of a physician for the last several years.
A native of Adams County and a lifelong resident, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary E. (Wentz) Allison.
Her husband, Milton M. Lady, died in 1966.
She was a member of Bender's Lutheran Church for aproximaledy 60 years, and a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School class of the church. She was the oldest livng member of the congregation.
Surviving are four sons: Wilmer R. Lady, Gettysburg R. 4; Earl A. Lady, Biglerville; John K. Lady, Biglerville R. 2, and Donald E. Lady, Gettysburg R. 4; one sister, Mrs. William McCleaf. Gettysburg; 11 grandchildren, 19 great - grandchildren and one great - great - grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Dugan Funeral Home, Bendersville, with her pastor, Rev. Dr. Warren C. Johnson officiating.
Interment will be in the Greenmount Cemetery at Arendtsville.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday evening from 7 to 9.
