Marinda was born in Canada, she died in Winsor Township, Huron, Michigan at age 46. The cause of her death was Typhoid Fever. Clearly her gravestone lists her as Marinda Harder. Her death certificate has her name spelled Morinda. At the time of her passing she had nine living children; with three children having passed before her.

There is still the question of the daughter named Emma who shows up on the 1900 census report as having been born in October 1886. Zuby Eliza aka Subey Elizabeth was born in 1886, and she does not show up on the census report. So, I choose to believe that the census enumerator was mistaken or the family was referring to Zuby as Emma at the time.
