Priscilla D. McQuitty was born to Andrew McQuitty (of Pennsylvania) and Mary Crump McQuitty. She married James Gay Copher in May of 1837 in Boone County, Missouri. Together their children were: Nancy E. Copher Redmond, Caroline Copher Cline, Mary F. Copher Cornelius, James A. Copher, Benjamin F. Copher, Elizabeth J. Copher Naylor, Roeann Williams Copher Forbis, and David Price Copher.

Note: The source I have lists Priscilla's burial on Copher land. I'm not certain where this is located.
