DUE TO BROTHER MARSHALL LISTED IN THIS OBIT< I FOUND CHARLES MARSHALL BOYER LISTED IN ANCESTORY COM so I believe that they are brothers :)

W.J. Boyer, farmer, living about five miles of Sheridan, dropped dead in his barn lot Sat morning at seven due to heart trouble. Details abut how he was not feeling well that led him to his death.
An elder brother, Marshall Boyer died under similar conditions
at his home southwest of Sheridan early in Mary of this year.
Mr. Boyer was 73 years old, the last of a family of several children born near Pickard to Samuel J and Mary A Boyer. Married to Mary E New in 1889 About 1910 he moved to 160 acre farm but later turned this to his son and bought a smaller tract nearby for himself and his wife.
The widow and two sons, Clarence on the home farm and Roy of Tipton county survive.
