Route 7 McMinnville resident, 72, died Thursday after an extended illness.
A homemaker and member of the Unity Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Willie and Liz (Holder) Winnett and was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Wilson, in 1983.
She is survived by two sons, Brown Wilson of McMinnville and David Wilson of Franklin; two daughters, Diane Williamson and Carolyn Wilson of McMinnville; two brothers, Billy Winnett and Warren G. Winnett, both of McMinnville; one sister, Marie Milligan of McMinnville; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Saturday at McMinnville Funeral Home with Ron Martin, Stanley McInery and Nestor Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Unity Cemetery.
