MURRAY--Norma Jean Dial Mackintosh, age 64, passed away August 9, 1992 at home of Lou Gehrig's disease.

Born November 17, 1927 in Shelly, Idaho to Samuel and Elga Throne Dial. Married Jack Earl Mackintosh April 16, 1947 in Salt Lake City. She attended Granite High School, graduated from West High School. Was a bank teller, Murray Branch of First Interstate. Member of the LDS Church. Member of the Murray Ladies Civic Guild and the Heritage Golf League.

Survived by husband; daughter, Jacque Folsom (Mark); grandson, Garrick Whitlock; granddaughter, Jennifer Folsom; three brothers, Hal, Dennis, and Bob Dial; four sisters, Beverly Dial, Nancy Cowley, Dona Hagen, and Darlene Buist. Preceded in death by two brothers, Grant and Leon Dial; and a grandson, Matthew Folsom.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., Murray City Cemetery, 5600 South Vine Street. Friends may call at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State, Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday, 10-10:45 a.m.
