Nancy M. Hoffman, March 20, 1933 - Sept. 8, 2002, Nancy Marie HOFFMAN, 69, 1216 College Ave., died at 6:47 p.m. Friday at her residence. Born in Fulton County to Andrew Noble and Georgia V. LIMING THOMPSON ISLEY, she lived her entire life in Rochester with the exception of two years in South Bend. She retired from Lau Industries, formerly Torin, in 1998. She was a member of the American Legion, Fraternal Order of the Eagles and Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliaries, Women of the Moose and United Auto Workers No. 947, all in Rochester. Survivors include one daughter, Tina HENSLEY, Rochester; one son, Rick HOFFMAN and wife Jane, Rochester; four grandchildren, Jennifer RATNER, Pasadena, Calif., Danielle MUSE, Rochester, Jasmine and Cody HENSLEY, Rochester; a great-grandson, Landon MUSE, Rochester; seven sisters, Barbara REESE, Bourbon, Juanita UTTER, Argos, Loretta MILLER, Lakeville, Mary SIVITS and Sue MILLER, Peru, Cindy POAGE and Norma BOLEN, Claypool; and four brothers, Larry ISLEY, Logansport, Kenneth ISLEY, Mentone, Max ISLEY, Akron, and Carlton CLEMANS, Lancaster, Calif. She was preceded by her parents and two brothers. Funeral is at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester, with Rev. Lloyd HOWARD officiating. Burial will be in Citizens Cemetery. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Cancer Fund.
