Charles & Ellen Frost had 6 (*no, 8) children: John, Mary, Lafayette who died as a young child (* no, he apparently died at age 68), Adelaide, Charles, and Edward. (* Mark died at age 8 and Willas died at age 5.) They later divorced while there were still young children at home. It is told that he had a bad temper and became violent at times. There is also some question as to the death of the child Lafayette and possibly another of the children died young, probably in Austin, Nevada (*Mark died in ID. and Willas in UT.).
