Mrs Townsend was born Oct. 18 1929 in Kearney, Neb. To Lee Henry and Geraldine Jones. She was raised in Kearney. After graduated, she joined the FBI. Later she worked for the Denver water board. Then went on to Own the Rocket Lounge In Denver. She Moved to Jackson Lake, Where she was an assistant Postmaster in Orchard.
She Married Emile Clark Townsend On Dec. 31 1965 In Wheat Ridge.
Mrs Townsend was a member of the Amercan Legion Post #193 In Denver.
She is survived by Her son Victor VonSeifert Of Fort Lupton; two Daughters Lana Payne Of Scottsbluff Neb. and Cindy Abelson of Weldona a Brother Richard Lee "Spike" Jones of Rushville Neb. Nine Grandchildren and Three Great grandchildren
Mrs Townsend was Preceded in death by her husband and parents
Funeral services will be held ot 10am Tuesday at Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wassworth in Lakewood
