Illness Is Fatal To Mrs. Pickens

Culminating a two years illness Mrs. Sarah Jane Pickens passed away at her home in Racine, Tuesday at 12:30 a.m.. She is survived by her husband, and nine children who are as follows: Frank Pickens at home; Cecil Pickens of Huntington; Walter Pickens of Bergholz, Oh; Mrs. Gertrude Riffle and Mrs. Carrie Rau, both of Parkersburg; Mrs. Hattie Durst, East Fultonham, Oh; Mrs. Sara Riley of Caredo, and Mrs. Frances Frazier of Belpre.

Funeral services will be conducted from the Baptist Church in Racine the time and date to be announced later. Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Ewing Funeral Directors.

Pickens Rites

Funeral rites for the late Mrs. Sara Jane Pickens will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the residence in Racine it has been announced. Burial will follow in Racine Cemetery by Ewing Funeral Directors.
