Rowe was a native of Fulton, Miss.
She retired from the U.S. Civil Service, having worked with the U.S. Air Force. She also worked at the Pentagon during World War II.
Survivors include one son, Dale Glenn Rowe of Moorpark, Calif.; one daughter, Judy Rowe St. John of Andalusia; two sisters, Cleta Brewer of Smithdale, Miss., and Juanita Hall of Rialto, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is set for today from 8:30 a.m. until the 10 a.m. service at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street. Burial will take place in Pine Crest Cemetery on Dauphin Island Parkway.
