He served his country during World War II in the Army Air Corp. and retired after 38 years with Missouri Pacific Railroad. He was a deacon and member of Park Hill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bryan and Georgia (Stiles) Dial; his wonderful son, Jerry and brother, Conway. He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Bernice; two grandson, Todd (Catie) and Tony (Amy); daughter-in-law, Sandy; four great-grandsons, Nick, Brodie, Jack and Whitman and twelve brothers and sisters.
