Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. today (Thursday) at the Galatia Methodist Church near Norfork for Mrs Minnie Viola Rosson, 78 of Mountain Home who died Monday at the Baxter General Hospital.

Raymond Lester of Blue Eye, Mo., will officiate and interment will be in the Galatia Cemetery under the direction of the McClure-Smith Service.

Mrs Rosson, the daughter of James Ambrose Lane and Nancy Mildred Maddox Lane, was born in Missouri on Aug 16, 1893 and had lived in this area most of her life. She was married to Clarence C. Rosson on Nov 6, 1908 and they were the parents of four children. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church

Survivors include her husband, Clarence C. Rosson of Mountain Home; two sons, Raymond of Mountain Home and Leon of Kansas City, Mo.; two daughters, Mrs Cora Lucy of Cash and Mrs Eva Middleton of Mountain Home; a brother, Leonard Lane of Kensett; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
