SOUTHPORT - Solomon Outlaw, 61, died Thursday in Savannah, Ga. He was a native of Brunswick County.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3 p. m. at Southport Baptist Church by the Rev. C. L. Turner, pastor of Bethel Baptist Church. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery near Winnabow.
Survivors include two sons, Meredith of Detroit, Mich., and James, address unknown; stepmother, Mrs. O. J. Outlaw of Florence, S. C.; five sisters, Mrs. Ruth Spencer of Southport. Mrs. A. L. Willetts of Winnabow, Mrs. Bessie Hickman of Bolivia, Mrs. Elizabeth Burris of Wilmington and Mrs. Earl Weeks of Florence, S. C.
Pallbearers will be Robert Burris, Larnell Willetts, Harold Spencer, James M. Lewis, Albert Knox and Avon Hickman.
Visitation will be at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Southport until one hour prior to the funeral.
