BURGAW - Mrs. Frances Robbins Gore, 87, of Route 1, Burgaw, died Thursday morning in Pender Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Mount Holly Baptist Church by the Rev. Tommy Register, pastor, and the Rev. L.D. Smith, and the interment service will follow at Lebanon Baptist Church near Winnabow.
She is survived by one son, Foster Gore of Broadway, N.C.; one daughter, Mrs. Harris (Myrtie) Saunders of Burgaw: a sister, Mrs. Hazel Hinson of Clarendon, seven grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7:30 to 9 Friday night at Harrell's Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Louis Saunders, Don Jones, Morris Jones. Ted Reynolds, Harry Whisnant and Kent Lamoureux.
Honorary pallbearers will be the deacons of the Mount Holly Church.
