Survivors Include 2 daughters: Stevie Smith Freeman and fiance Will Rowe, Oklahoma City, OK Rachel Smith, Oklahoma City, OK mother, Carol (Tullis) Dyer and husband Alan, Carnegie, OK father, Dr. Gary Smith and wife Kay, Denver, CO 4 sisters: Toni LeDonne, Oklahoma City, OK Leaneta Eilers and family, Humble, TX Stephanie Bernstine and family, CO Kristl Tyler and family, CO one brother, Leland Smith, CO. He was especially close to his nephew and roommate, Jackson LeDonne, and his two special nieces, Brady Jane and Dani Gene of Oklahoma City, OK. Todd left behind a host of friends and family.
